Shipping & Returns
All order cancellations must be received, via phone or email within 24 hours of placing the order to qualify for a full refund.
Orders will be processed in 3-5 business days then shipped via USPS or UPS.
Processing times are different than shipping times. Processing time is the time it takes to handcraft your order before shipping. Shipping time is the time it takes once the shipping service has the order.
Single Candle Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class and have an estimated arrival of 2-6 business days (M-F) arrival.
Multiple Candle orders will be shipped via USPS Priority or UPS and have an estimated arrival of 2-4 Business days (M-F) arrival.
Free Shipping will be provided on all orders over $75.00. Pickup is also available for local customers with a purchase minimum. Please send us an email if you would like to pick up your order.
Due to the nature of our products, refunds or exchanges will only be provided if a product(s) arrives damaged and is reported within 3 days of delivery. Please provide us with a photo of the damaged product(s) and keep all packaging materials for potential returns. This will be used to file a shipping claim with the shipping service. We will send you a (paid or unpaid) return shipping label and replace upon the damaged package's return and submitting of the shipping service claim.
